We are at the entrance to Băile Felix, on the boulevard, at number 116. The Felix Forest begins a hundred and fifty metres away, and the Apollo thermal spring is a five-minute walk. The centre of the resort is 1.2 km — on foot, or on the house bicycles.
The thing guests write about most often is the cleaning. Every room is cleaned every day, and towels are changed daily. That is not a brochure promise: it is a 9.7 out of 10, the highest score the house has, written there by fifty-eight people.
The kitchen is shared and fully equipped — oven, microwave, tea and coffee. Below it there is a lounge to sit in, and outside a barbecue terrace and a gazebo with long tables. Anyone who wants to cook for themselves can; anyone who doesn't has two restaurants three hundred metres away and shops five minutes on foot.

Three ways to sleep here
A 20 m² double, a 22 m² triple and a 48 m² quadruple with its own balcony and terrace. All have a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a fridge and soundproofing — they differ in how many they sleep and how much room they give you.
Fully equipped kitchen
Shared, with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and everything needed for tea and coffee. Not a token kitchenette — you can cook a proper meal in it.
Dining room and lounge
A room with wooden tables and chairs next to the kitchen, and a shared lounge to sit in. For a week-long stay, that is the difference from a hotel room.
Barbecue terrace
A covered terrace with long wooden tables and hanging flowers, and somewhere to grill. You can sit out there in the rain, because it is roofed.
Gazebo in the courtyard
A gazebo with a tiled roof and wooden tables, at the far end of the yard. Where a group that arrived together ends up sitting.
Playground for children
Slide, swings and climbing frames, in the enclosed courtyard. You can see all of it from the terrace and the balconies, so children can be left to play on their own.
Free parking

The kitchen belongs to everyone and it is fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, double sink and everything needed for tea and coffee. It is not a token kitchenette — it is a real kitchen, one you can cook a proper meal in.
Next to it is the dining room, with wooden tables and chairs, and a lounge to sit in. For anyone staying a full week, that is the difference between a house and a hotel room.
The terrace, the gazebo and the barbecue
There are two places to sit outside: a gazebo with a tiled roof and wooden tables, and a covered terrace with long tables and hanging flowers. Both have somewhere to grill.
You can sit out there in the rain as well, because both are roofed — which, for a week in Bihor, is not a small detail.
The courtyard and the playground
The courtyard is enclosed and belongs to the house. It has a real playground — slide, swings, climbing frames — not a single seesaw pushed into a corner.
What actually matters is that you can see all of it at a glance, from the terrace and from the balconies. Children can be left to play while the adults sit a few steps away, without getting up at every noise. The parking is in the same yard, free, on the property.

Open-air thermal pools, less than a kilometre away — a quarter of an hour on foot, or a few minutes on the house bicycles. It is the full-day option for families: pools of different depths, shade, and grass to spread out on.

Is there parking?
Yes, in the guesthouse courtyard, on the property. It is free and does not need to be booked — you won't be hunting for a space on the boulevard.
Is there a swimming pool?
No. The guesthouse does not have its own pool. The Apollo thermal spring is a five-minute walk away, Ștrand Venus is 850 metres, and our guests get 50% off entry to Aquapark President. We also have discounts at the other thermal pools in the area.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
How late can I arrive?
Check-in is possible between the hours of 14:00 and 22:00, and rooms are vacated by 11:00. The front desk is open around the clock, but arrivals after 22:00 need to be arranged in advance.
Can I cook?
Yes. The kitchen is shared and fully equipped — hob, oven, microwave, fridge, crockery and everything needed for tea or coffee. Next to it there is a dining room, and outside a barbecue terrace and a gazebo with long tables. Every room also has its own fridge.

How do I pay?
At the property, in cash. Some bookings require payment in advance by bank transfer — in that case we contact you after your booking with the details. No card is needed to book.
Are children welcome? Is there a cot?
Yes, children of any age are welcome, and there is an enclosed playground in the courtyard, with a slide and swings. A cot can be requested free of charge for children up to 2 years old, subject to availability. We do not have extra beds. Children aged 11 and over are charged as adults.
Which is the largest room?
The Quadruple Room, at 48 m² — more than the double and the triple put together. It is also the only one with its own balcony and terrace, looking onto the garden. It has two single beds and one large double, so four people. More than four in a single room isn't possible, because we have no extra beds.
Can I smoke?
No, smoking is not permitted indoors. Quiet hours run from 22:00 until 08:00 across the house.
How do I cancel a booking?
Bookings are made through Booking.com, and the cancellation terms are the ones shown there, for the rate you chose, at the time of booking. Standard rates have free cancellation until roughly two weeks before arrival and need no card to book — but check the exact condition of your own rate before you confirm.
